Having only been established since 2023, the owners Shaun Finnegan and Robin Hamblett have 7 years’ experience working with landlords and tenants. With their wealth of experience and knowledge, they are fast becoming a TITAN in the letting industry, providing a professional, hands off experience without the extensive fees.

Shaun Finnegan (Managing Director) and Robin Hamblett (Company Director) have an extensive career in property, having owned and managed a successful residential and commercial portfolio providing luxury accommodation at affordable prices to our tenants.

Whilst our experience in property is exemplar, as business owners we believe communication and execution on our agreements are fundamental to the business success, along with providing cutting edge services to our landlord and tenants.

 At Titan Lettings LTD, we specialise in residential properties, including HMOs, and offer a variety of services to cater to our clients' needs. We pride ourselves on providing a personalised and attentive service to our clients.

We offer our landlords a number of packages which include a full turnkey solution without the unnecessary burden of extra costs, which gives landlords the enjoyability of being "hands off" whilst we oversee and manage the work.
