Use one of the many platforms to assist in finding the right property for yourself, family, or partner. Once you have down selected a number of properties then please get in touch with us either via email, direct phone number or the supporting services (Rightmove / Open rent).

Viewing

Find a property

Attend the property for a viewing with one of the specialist advisors from Titan Lettings who will be available to answer any questions you may have about the property.

Deposit

Find a property

Referencing

In order to reserve the property, a holding deposit must be submitted to Titan Lettings. This deposit will enable us to temporarily remove the property from the market and move forward to the next stage of the process, during which we will prepare the Assured Tenancy Agreement (AST).

Referencing

Referencing

As part of the tenancy process at Titan Lettings, referencing is required for all individuals listed on the AST. This is done to verify your identity (identification checks), confirm your stated income, and check for any adverse credit history.

Guarantors

Tenancy Agreement

Tenancy Agreement

Based on various considerations such as the landlord, property rent, and credit history, you may need to have a guarantor undergo a referencing check and become a co-signer on the tenancy agreement.

After successfully completing the aforementioned steps and ensuring the "move-in dates" match up, the AST will be distributed to all relevant parties, with the landlord being the final signatory. Each party will be provided with a finalised version of the AST.

Deposit / Rent

Tenancy Agreement

Deposit / Rent

Before receiving the keys, tenants are required to pay the remaining deposit and the first month's rent in full. Titan Lettings will manage the payment process, securing the deposit in the designated deposit scheme and transferring the rent to the landlord.

Inventory

Tenancy Agreement

Deposit / Rent

To ensure that all parties agree on the condition of the property during the viewing, an inventory will be created. The tenant will have the opportunity to either accept the inventory or make any necessary amendments. This is important to prevent any disagreements at the end of the tenancy agreement.

Document Distribution

Upon successful completion of the above steps, all necessary documents will be issued to both the landlord and tenant. This includes gas/electric and EPC certificates, a signed AST, right to rent documents, and any other required paperwork as per the legislation.
