  Shaun Finnegan has built a successful property empire over the past 7 years, beginning with small auction purchases funded through a combination of loans and credit cards (which is a story in itself). His journey has evolved from renovations to acquiring his first buy-to-let property. Fast forward to 2024, Shaun now manages a solid portfolio of 20+ properties, including HMOs and standard buy-to-lets, all self-managed from the outset. He has also established a specialised letting agency, leveraging not only his expertise but also his life experiences to deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Shaun’s ambition and strategic knowledge will allow Titan Letting LTD to emerge as a leading estate agency in the Northwest.

     Robin Hamblett came into the property world in 2022 after working as a professional in the construction industry for 8 years. In a brief period, he has amassed a property portfolio valued at around £1M. With expertise in planning, renovations, and project management, Robin plays a key role at Titan Lettings where he oversees the business operations and is a vital part to the success of the organisation.
